1. Determine if your dates are available from calendar link above or top of Page 1.

2. Look up and figure total price for Days, Weeks, etc  you wish to stay (including $350/unit Security Fee and $99. cleaning fee, Total and add (11% Hotel/Motel,  Sales Tax and Surcharges- if not paying via PayPal which is figured automatically) and hit Pay Pal logo below. 

3. You may HOLD your Dates for 10 Days by Sending a non-refundable $350. Reservation Deposit Through . This Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE but may be CREDITED to your FULL payment for your stay. The Balance must be paid via cashiers check or money order within 10 Days mailed to our Offices and Made Payable to:

NOTICE: If NOT received within 10 days from our Lock-in of your Dates, Dates will be unlocked and opened to the public, and your Reservation Deposit will be lost.

4. AFTER paying, fill out form Below completely. (This form comes Directly to me and a copy to you.)  Both Reservation Form and Money must be received before Dates are Locked in.     

    By Filling out the Form below, you are requesting a reservation for  the 3 Bedroom Stilt , 2 Bedroom Guesthouse, Lapond Apartments 1 Bedroom, or LaPond Apartments 2 Bedroom. You must have already sent the $100. non refundable Reservation Deposit or Full funds above by Paypal or Sent via over night certified funds and wish to send reservation request to e-Sell, LLC for lock-in of your dates. Please Fill in Form completely using N/A if it doesn't apply. Type in Dates completely i.e.-May 1,2005 not 5/1/05. In order to be locked in, both funds and this form must be received by e-Sell, LLC. Remember, Dates are 1st come 1st serve. Make sure a Fax # is supplied to receive your contract promptly.

Upon our receipt of Application and the $350 non refundable Reservation Deposit, or Full Payment through PayPal Funds, or other payment means in Full, your Reservation will be Processed and Placed on the Calendar at this Site. To Confirm check Availability Calendar for your Dates Blocked Out within 3 Days. We will notify you via email if conflict in Dates occurs. (1st come 1st serve basis)
